Albertine and Abigaíl are bright-eyed, enthusiastic and sociable. They are particularly feminine, and are often narcissistic, coquettish and seductive. They are whimsical and their personalities can be quite changeable, which often leaves those around them rubbing their eyes and wondering what happened. In actual fact, they are more or less at the mercy of their emotions, and are usually just as perplexed as everyone else. Even more disconcerting is the tendency to undergo sudden and frequent changes: perhaps today have long blonde hair and a dynamic job in advertising, but if you bump into them in a couple of weeks' time don't be surprised if they have cut their hair very short and died it brown, and are now the star of an FM radio station... in the meantime they have also changed apartments, boyfriends too... "Hey, do you know Jerry?" They forgot to tell you... Most of the time they appear to be perfectly happy with this tumultuous state of affairs, but is this really the case? As children, they are excitable, impulsive and erratic: one minute they could be playing with dolls, and just five minutes later, you might find them in the garden building a den or climbing trees. They tend to be naturally dissipated and unruly, so they will need a certain amount of discipline and supervision. For them, life is a game - and they are not particularly concerned with concepts such as work, order, tidiness, system, responsibility or obedience. Because they are so emotionally sensitive, they are also capable of great efforts in order to please. For example, they could be top of their class one year - because the teacher is attentive, or has a certain romantic air that pleases them; whilst the following year their grades could leave much to be desired, because they don't like their new teacher! They are daydreamers who can be very talkative and disorganized, which is why their parents would do well to inculcate strong educational principles as early as possible.
