Decidedly extroverted, Deryn and Aamina are open, friendly and communicative ladies who are very likeable and possess considerable faculties of self-expression. Good-humoured and cheerful, they are emotional beings first and foremost and they need other people in order to feel that they truly exist. They enjoy conversation, banter and making people laugh. Of extreme sensitivity, they can experience intense emotional arousal. They have a habit of sticking their nose into other people's business - either to get the upper hand in a situation, or simply through an altruistic desire to help; they are quite intuitive and adapt easily to any new situation. They believe in luck, and this endows them with considerable confidence in themselves and their guardian angel! They are not always terribly inclined to effort, rigor or patience and can often be rather eccentric, or bohemian. Deryn and Aamina are easy-going, pleasant and endearing characters who are expressive and joyful by nature. The more conscious they are of these qualities and the more they put them to positive use; the more constructive and dynamic their life will be. However, they are run a high risk of spreading themselves too thinly and they would be wise to bear this in mind if they notice that they are becoming dissipated! As children, they are vivacious, mischievous, curious and certainly liven up the family home. Unstable and into everything, they seek the path of least resistance. It is quite reasonable to be firm and authoritative with these little girls who will only concede to tidy their room after being reminded several times. They could oscillate between generosity, charity, altruism... and extreme egocentricity; their parents will probably want to favour the former tendency.
